Apicha CHC

No matter who you are or where you are, knowing how to protect yourself can be a lifesaving skill. Whether it’s walking on the streets of New York, or trekking through the Amazon, self-defense can come in handy. And for the LGBTQ community, this certainly rings true.

Apicha CHC is excited to announce we will be hosting a free four-part series of self-defense classes, open to the public.

When: September 10, September 26, October 10, and October 22 from 7 pm to 9 pm
Where: Apicha CHC, 400 Broadway, New York, NY, 10013
Cost: Free!
RSVP: Call Apicha CHC at 646-744-0990, or email vbryant@apicha.org.
