End the Epidemic 2018: A Call to Improve Trans Health

End the Epidemic EventThis year is the second gathering of a special End the Epidemic event for the Queens transgender and gender non-conforming community.

The main focus of this event is to bring together the transgender & GNC community and health providers to talk about the health and cultural disparities facing these communities. It is a space where folks can gather, connect, and continue a meaningful dialogue on improving the lives of trans and GNC people. Join us!

Put on by the Queens Ending the Epidemic BP#19 Subcommittee, the Ending the Epidemic by 2020 Initiative and Blueprint “BP” #19 is tailored to focusing on the the Queens Transgender Community and Service Providers. There will food, drinks, music, entertainment, and more at this event. Ultimately, we want to bring more people to the table to help the Queens team End the Epidemic by 2020.
